Babes in Toyland
Christmas was wonderful. Santa was way to good to us this year. Bob is here with his new toy. Bob has a new "Real Flight" flight simulator. This new hobby could be dangerous. You can fly in and out of airports right from your own home. I think the planes and helicopters are coming next. His eyes lite up like those of a child. How wonderful!!!!!!

Let's Eat
You will love this rich pizza-flavored dip. It is loaded just like your favorite pizza would be. It is simple to make and fun to eat.
Pepperoni Pizza Dip
1 Package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can (4 ounces) mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped
1 can chopped ripe olives, drained, (use the 4-1/4 ounce can)
1/3 cup chopped onion
24 slices pepperoni, chopped
1 can (8 ounces) pizza sauce
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Assorted crackers
1. Spread the cream cheese into an ungreased 9-in microwave-safe pie plate. Top with olives, mushrooms, onion, pepperoni, pizza sauce and mozzarella.
2. Microwave, uncovered, at 70% power for 7-10 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve with crackers.
Yields 8-10 servings.
Now that I am sharing this recipe, I realize that I never chopped the pepperoni. I just put it in a nice design on the top of the layer below. Chopping would have made it easier to get it on the cracker. Guess what, they ate it anyway, and liked it.
Hope you do too!!!
